As a trader, I have witnessed how the market went from being a crowd of people at the pit to now become 98% electronic. You never want to skip conditioning because your hair will dry out. Shampoo is meant to cleanse your hair of any oil or product build up. Conditioner is meant to hydrate and detangle your hair. The Protein treatment is to repair any damage you have to your hair. So using all three should give you great results.
