I wan to loose weight/tone up/get fit.
Pilates and yoga (at least for now) is out of the question.
DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD SUGGEST I TAKE UP PILATES AND/OR YOGA. I CANNOT PHYSICALLY DO PILATES AND YOGA AT THIS POINT.
NOTE*****I so inflexible (and overweight) that I can’t sit on the floor and cross my legs to do the opening poses of yoga. Besides, being on the floor kills my knees and back. Getting back up off the floor from doing Pilates and yoga would be a 10 minute struggle in itself.*******THIS PART IS IMPORTANT
But I want to loose weight, tone my body and such. I can handle 10-20 minutes at a time. I haven’t had any form of exercise since PE class in high school nearly 11 years ago.
Are the 10 minute solution videos any good? (*******YES I KNOW THE YOGA/PILATES ONE IS ON YOUTUBE BUT I AM NOT INTERESTED/CAN'T DO YOGA/PILATES*******)

I like the Dolf Lundgren system. He works all the muscle groups, and he is a big fan of stretching exercises. Like his routine better than Arnie's. Old tapes, but very effective.
