Pilates... Where do I begin???
I want to start doing pilates at home, and I've started searching online for what to get. But I see all these different sites like "Zone" pilates or "Windsor" pilates, or just pilates.com. At Target they have a Gaiam Pilates kit. I'm afraid to buy one that is wrong for me. Some have balls, others have mats. Any advice on what to get or where to begin? I'd like a beginner dvd set or something, but once I'm passed the beginner stage, what then?
