How long until you see results?
I bought this chair about 3-4 weeks ago. I love it. Until about 3 months ago, I was very active at my gym but burned out after so many years of that scene. I don't know about inches lost but I feel great and my flexibility is better than ever in the short time I've used it. It really helps strenghten your core and get you motivated. I hope to find more DVD's for it but I like the ones it came with...a 20 min., a 30 min., and a 45 min.
The chair is very well made and there is nothing to putting it together. It folds away in a couple of minutes for storage.
