What's the thickest Yoga mat out there?
I've been using a standard exercise mat for yoga, and my lower back is getting a bashing on my hard wood floor! I've never had any slipping problems, but all the yoga mats I've seen in the stores seem rather thin & flimsy looking.
Anyone have specific recommendations for a Thick Mat?
My lower back can't handle the standard 1/8" thick mats either. I use the 1/4" tapas ultra from Hugger Mugger, it's a sticky mat but has more cushioning. There are other very thick ones as well, depending on your style of yoga. Hope this helps.
